Seafreight Customer Service海运客户服务
Key Responsibility
- Handle the seafreight shipments timely and professionally
- Make sure the shipment to be arranged efficiently and safely
- Ensure the reasonable GP gained of each shipment
- Well communication & cooperation with carriers and overseas colleagues
- Well communication with customers
- Manage to settle the accident in efficient and professional manner
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Above 2 year seafreight operation experience in international forwarder
- Excellent command both of oral and written English
- Familiar with MS Office application
- Customer oriented and proactive
- High sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
Business Development Executive销售
Key Responsibility
- Be responsible for local controlled freight business development (FCL/LCL/Air) in Fujian area (except of Fuzhou), in line with the sales strategy of the company.
- To follow and take action on the sales targets approved by the company ensuring volume achievement (TEU/CBM/Ton) and maximum GP returns.
- Promoting Sales & Marketing activities according to specific KPI (account/activity/ /quotation/working opportunity) and record the activity in company sales force system
- To do continuous targeting and to develop high profile key accounts in line with direction given by the Sales Manager, as well as maintaining contact to existing accounts
- Co-ordination of both external and internal/KN visitors.
- Bring customer & market feedback to product counterparts, in order to achieve rate & service competency.
- To expand the use of KN online quotation system and shipment tracking system to potential and existing clients.
Requirements
- College graduate or above
- Minimum 2 year sales experience in logistics firm or in sales function of related industry
- Familiar with local freight and logistics market
- Excellent command in Mandarin and English
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills & basic PC skill
- Proactive, fast acting, supportive and self-motivated
- Reliable and loyal
