| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsible for achieving new projects acquisition from China&Overseas market, sales team management and ensure company new business growth objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To develop the business in China and Overseas market； Achieve the sales turnover and profit targets
2.Identifying and proactively pursuing new business opportunities with company sales strategy
3.Monitoring and reporting market information and providing analysis and advice to management.
4.Managing existing customers relationships； Keep regular information exchange with customers,
5.Regular phone calls and frequently visit to the customers, hold on the presentations at customer sites.
6.Establish reliable networks and contacts inside customer’ssourcing/purchasing/engineering loop
7.Establish good Micro Global image in customer side from decision making level to the operation level
8.Collect all related information for new RFQ and advice Engineering for appropriate quotation
9.Organize technical review of quotation according to customer’s requirements and specifications
10.Supporting the quotation draft for the RFQ and submit the final quotation for new opportunities
11.Review quotation discussion and negotiate price with customers, and get feedback timely
12.Review the contract and PO from customers, responsible for T&C negotiation.
13.Supporting new project launch and collaborate with project team members to ensure project
completed on schedule；
14.Coordination with the departments of Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics for
Customers’ require.
15.Responsible for Sales team management
16.Responsible for customer paymen collection.
17.Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally using appropriate methods to
facilitate the development of profitable business projects and sustainable relationships.
18.Performs all business development duties as required, the description above represents the most
significant and essential functions of the job,but does not exclude other work assignments..
Qualifications:
1.Four years Bachelor degree or above. Major in Engineering a plus.
2.Minimum 5-8 years working experience in Sales area. Machining experience a plus.
3.Strong study capability with great passion on challenging high-precision manufacturing industry.
4.Good presentation, communication, trouble solving skills
5.Can travel frequently, catch opportunities quickly and building good relationship with customers.
6.Strong personal sales capability and mature in leading sales team member.
7.Honest, open-minded, efficiency, responsible and integrity
8.Good English ability in writing & speaking
9.Good command of PC knowledge, ability to use Microsoft Office software family
