We are looking for an extremely capable Regional Sales Manager to cover Asia, with focus on medical devices.

Key responsibilities ? Responsible for developing sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth ? Increase market share ? Position the company as a strategic supplier at potential key customers across the Asian region ? Design and recommend program strategies. Set short- and long-term sales strategies ? Evaluate and recommend appropriate techniques to increase the sales volume ? Recommend product or service enhancements which improve customer satisfaction and increase sales ? A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Skills and Experience To qualify for this position you will have a proven track record of sales, business development or account management within piezoceramic industry, medical ultrasound in particular.
We expect you have/are ? Minimum of 5 years of technical sales or account management experience ? Extensive market knowledge within piezoceramic industry ? Degree qualified within Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, chemistry, physics or related subject would be advantageous ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Japanese and/or Korean would be beneficial. ? A willingness to travel across the Asian region is expected (Japan, South Korea, China…) ? Ability to work through a problem and maintain focus with little or no supervision ? Highly independent, proactive and a strong business sense.
