Responsibility:
1. Be fully responsible for the delivery of factory products to ensure the accurate, timely and safe delivery of goods to customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
2. Development, evaluation and management of logistics suppliers.
3. Timely and accurately understand the logistics market information and reduce the logistics cost.
4. Be responsible for formulating SOP related to logistics department, and guide and supervise the implementation.
5. Customs manual management.
Main job contents：
1. Prepare Packing List and send to customer.
2. Prepare export Customs’ documents （booking form,invoice,packing list,contract,Customs’ declaration document, BL checking, BL surrendered document.
3. Prepare import Customs’ documents （invoice, packing list, contract and others）.
4. Prepare courier import Customs’ documents （invoice, packing list, contract and others）.
5. Prepare courier export documents（invoice, packing list）.
6. Domestic express order.
7. Check all the logistic cost and ask accounting dept. to arrange payment.
8. Management of imported materials （LOP）.
9. Management Customs manual.
