工作职责 Rresponsibilities
1.参与公司战略规划及决策，使公司实现高效、经济、可持续发展。
Participate in the company‘s strategic planning and decision-making to operate the company in an efficient, economical, and sustainable development.
2.拟定年度工作计划和预算，全面组织实施董事会有关决议和规定，全面完成上级领导下达的各项指标。
Formulate the annual work plan and budget, fully organize the implementation of the board resolutions, regulations and complete the targets assigned by the senior leadership.
3.积极开拓国内、国际维修市场，发掘潜在维修客户及维修能力，积极维护市场客户关系。
Actively explore domestic and international aeronautical repair markets. Explore potential customers and new repair capabilities. Actively maintain customer relationships in the market.
4.负责维修市场销售业务和投标业务，定期审查修改合同以确保每一份合同都能满足客户和公司内部预算的期望目标。
Responsible for the Sales campaign and tender activities. Periodic review of maintenance contract to ensure that each and every contract meet the customers’ and internal budget expectation.
5.对维修成本进行控制，以满足客户在价格、质量和TAT方面的要求。
Control maintenance costs to meet customers’ requirements in terms of price, quality and TAT.
6.确保公司按照局方规定的质量管理体系要求，保持高质量标准。根据客户的反馈和建议，讨论并实施该改进措施。
Ensure that the company‘s maintain high quality standards according to our quality management system meeting the authorities’ regulations. Discuss and implement improvement initiatives in this area from customers’ feedback and suggestions.
7.确保公司符合法定的安全要求，并执行安全政策，创造安全的工作环境。基于公司使命“we know what it takes to fly safely”，安全先于利润。
Ensure that the company meets the statutory safety requirements and implementation of safety policies for a safe working environment. Safety is before profit as per company’s mission statement “we know what it takes to fly safely”.
8.负责公司政策和SOP的制定，并监督流程实施。
Responsible for the establishment of policy and SOP and supervising the implementation of flow.
9.建立有效的、良好的沟通机制，激励员工工作积极性，促进员工与企业健康发展。
Establish an effective and good communication system to motivate employees and promote the sound development of employees.
10.向总经理汇报经营战略和计划执行情况、财务资金情况、人事情况及其他重大事宜，保持与上级领导良好的关系沟通，并接受总经理/副总裁/总裁/董事长工作安排。
Report to the GM on the implementation of business strategy and plan, financial and capital decisions, human resources policy, and any other significant issues. Keep good relationships and communication with senior leadership and accept task assignments from GM/ VP / President/ Chairman from time to time.
11.协调和处理与政府、媒体及合作伙伴的关系。良好的关系对公司在政策和资源方面获得有力支持很重要。
Coordinate and handle the relationship with local government, media and partner. A cordial relationship is important to solicit favourable support on policy and resources for the company.
12.组织处理运营过程中出现的重大突发事件。
Organize and handle crisis management during operation.
13.完成上级安排的其他工作事项，包括公司责任经理份内工作事宜。
Fulfill other tasks assigned by senior leadership including being the accountable manager role for the company.
任职条件Qualifications / Requirements
1.本科及以上学历，飞机发动机维修相关专业，或是至少8年以上航空发动机维修OEM或MRO同等岗位相关工作经验。
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in aircraft engine maintenance or at least 8 years of equivalent working experience in aircraft engine maintenance OEM or MRO equivalent working experience.
2.已取得航空器维修人员执照。
Obtained TA （Turbine Aircraft） license.
3.较强中英文口头、书面沟通能力；优秀的客户关系建立能力；较强的人际关系和领导能力；较强分析和解决问题的能力，计划和执行能力。
Strong speaking and written communication skills in English and Chinese； Excellent customer relationship-building skills； Strong interpersonal and leadership skills； Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and execution skills.
4.品德良好，作风严谨；事业心、责任感强；工作富有激情。
Good moral character； Ambition and a strong sense of responsibility； Work with passion.
5.可接受出差。
Business travel is required and necessary.
