 职位职责和职位要求 (Job Responsibilities & Requirements):
GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

Manage projects within the Operations, ensuring timely project completion within the given budget and customer expectations are satisfied. Continuously scout, design and implement new manufacturing technology in operations to provide a competitive edge, improving productivity, quality, flexibility, reliability and cost. Continuously providing support to global Ansell plant engineering projects in terms of equipment, technology and reliability.




RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Design and development of industrial automation projects across multiple global Ansell sites specially in Body Protection Suit industry; from concept through to commercialization, project managing technical elements of development projects (time, budget and resources).

2.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.

3.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

4.Review existing/new plant production processes to identify engineering & automation opportunities and solutions.

5. Work closely global plants operation teams to support automation & other engineering projects.

6. Support global engineering team to Identify potential vendors who can fulfill engineering & automation requirements in Global Ansell plants.

7. Introduce suitable automation companies for automation projects in Ansell plants.

8. Liaise with project stakeholders (including Global marketing & Ansell operation, Global R&D teams) on an ongoing basis.

9. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and various presentations.

10. Conduct new machine installation by carrying out EQ & PQ.

11. Prepare proposals & capex for automation & engineering projects.

12. Work with and evaluate suppliers of existing and/or new equipment to train, guide, and improve designs in accordance with specifications and processes.

13. Work with vendors to develop a detailed solution based on requirements, constraints, timeline, budget & resources.

14. Become a resource for support to the plant operations and site engineering.

15. Provide training, guidance and technical direction to site engineers and co-workers on all new equipment and procedures.

16. Actively participate in the implementation of all related engineering automation improvement initiatives.

17. Ensure continual familiarization with the latest advancements in the industries technology to ensure continual improvement in plant performance.

18. Responsible for ensuring appropriate decisions have been made on proper documentation, specifications, standards, parts, test results, regulatory compliance and Ansell site expectations.

19. Provide accurate and detailed reports, presentations and communications to both internal personnel and external customers/suppliers.

20. Ensure compliance to all HSE requirements of each Ansell site globally.

21. Responsible for preparing the specs for calling for tender of any new installation.


KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1.Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical/Mechanical) or equivalent. Good communications skills including proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

2. Job Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in the areas of system integration, plant floor automation, application programming, database and system design.

3. Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with PLCs, HMIs, Motion Systems (Must have)

Competence in the use of design software like AutoCad, Solid works etc. (Must have)

Familiarity with PLC and SCADA software programming. (Nice to have)

Experience with computer vision & machine learning algorithm design. (Nice to have)

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential (Must have)

4. Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)

Travel will be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or carrying out projects in plants.
