| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
Job Purpose职位目的：
Developing and introducing new material for Chemical Protective Clothing, ensure timely delivery of results；
为化学防护服开发、导入新材料和产品，确保结果准时达成。
Specific Accountabilities具体职责：
1. Developing new material by working with team，ensure the time/cost/quality under control；
与团队合作开发材料新产品，确保进度、成本和质量符合期望；
2, Introducing new material and products into mass production by organising all necessary resources, ensure the whole
process is smooth and under control；
组织、实施新材料和产品导入，确保整个导入流程按期望顺利进行；
3, Identify and assess technological trends and initiate new concepts and solutions. Follow research in the
membrane materials and process field.
识别和评估技术动态，发起新概念和解决方案。持续追踪薄膜材料及加工工艺方面的研究
4, Providing support to manufacturing & quality issue, analysing problems and improving.
对现场生产和质量问题提供支持，分析问题并改善；
5, Other jobs assigned by the head of department.
部门负责人交办的其他工作。
Qualifications 任职资格：
-Bachelor or above, major in Chemistry，Material Science or Polymer is preferred大学本科以上, 化学, 材料或高分子专业优先；
-With 5years or above membrane material development or production experience. 具有5年以上薄膜开发和生产经验；
-With skilled English is prefer, at least without barrier in reading and writing, 具有良好的英语读写能力，听说读写熟练优先。
-Proficient in Office software熟练掌握Office办公软件；
-Good knowledge of membrane material and technology, mainly relate to breathable film, cast film, barrier film；
熟悉薄膜材料和技术，主要包括透气膜，流延膜，阻隔膜相关技术；
-Highly responsible with strong learning ability as well as good communication skill and teamwork spirit；
工作责任心强，具有较强的学习能力，具有良好的工作沟通能力和团队协作精神；
-Creative, proactive, logical mind of problem solving.
