| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
工作职责Job description：
1. Improve productivity: Efficiency improvement for manufacturing process by IE tools and automation development；
生产效率持续改善：通过IE工具方法以及自动化开发等，不断提升产线效率；
2. Capacity study and monitor: Implementation for capacity enlarging to meet deliver requirement from customer；
产能监控与提升：通过对产能的定期监控分析，制定产线投资计划并实施以满足交付；
3. Support Production& Quality control: Optimize the production process to reduce the quality defect and High RPN in PFMEA；
支持生产质量：通过制程的优化改善，提升质量水平，消除PFMEA中的高风险项；
4. Lead Lean Production in Plant: Continuously improve for the layout, process flow, WIP reduction, space, material handling& providing line architecture etc. by Lean methodology；
精益生产：通过对产线布局优化，物料流优化，WIP的降低，空间的优化，物料配送，线体平衡改善等实现精益生产；
5. Smart Factory& Digital solution development: Deploy advanced manufacturing technology and digital solution （Robot, AI, AGV, Automation, MES etc. ）
工厂智能制造以及数字化：开发先进的生产制造工艺，自动化以及数字化项目（机器人，AI，AGV，自动化装配，MES等）
6. Support for maintenance team about machine‘s improvement, significant trouble shooting； 支持维护团队进行设备改善，以及重大的设备问题的解决
任职要求Job requirement：
-- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical-electronics or Mechanics or Industrial Engineering/ 本科及以上，机械，电气，自动化，材料，工业工程等相关专业
-- 5-7 yrs experience in method or mechanical design experience in automation/ 5到7年的相关工艺工作经验，或者非标自动化机械结构设计经验
-- Good at written and spoken English/英文能够熟练听说读写
-- Have background in Lean methodology or digitalization/ 有精益生产相关背景，有数字化相关背景
-- Have strong background for mechanical design for automation有着良好的在非标自动化设备上的机械结构设计能力（机械方向）
